Laboratory IT
In case of laboratory equipment, very complex measurement experience is often required and the equipment is correspondingly expensive.
In most cases, however, the vendors have specialised very strongly in the test procedures and the associated computer system has not been designed for operation in an enterprise environment.
This poses the following challenges:
- Electronic Record / Electronic Signature (ERES) requirements from health authorities for regulated companies
- Modern security requirements for computer systems
- Backup / Restore and archiving requirements
- Central configuration management (e.g. User Account Management [UAM])
Through years of experience, we can offer support to meet the necessary requirements despite the software’s weaknesses in functionality.
This can be achieved by improving the configuration (e.g. Windows Integrated Security [WIS]) if possible or by introducing appropriate management software (e. g. AGU SDC [SmartLine DataCockpit]).
Manufacturing IT
Manufacturing IT is about the vertical and horizontal integration of systems.
Horizontal integration refers to the networking of individual machines, systems or production units.
Vertical integration networks go beyond the traditional hierarchical levels in manufacturing and extend from the sensor to the management of the company.
Our main focus is not on traditional automation, but rather on the process digitalization within the plant. We are specialized in the areas of intelligent SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Manufacturing ITAs AGU partner we offer excellent know how in implementation of Sm@rtLine Data Cockpit.
It is a unique software middleware which enables the use of sensors and analyzers for the collection, review and approval of trial results. SDC is available in the versions SDC LS for use in laboratories and SDC IS as a black-box for the automatic transfer of data with master systems.

MES MBR Designer (m/w/d)
Tasks:
- Creation of business process flow diagrams for pharmaceutical product recipes.
- Logical breakdown of recipes/manufacturing processes for recipe configuration (e.g. in Werum PAS-X)
- Develop/create MBR design elements (building blocks) and workflows in Werum PAS-X for repeated use in MBR creation to speed up the process
- Capture and configure master data

- Development of new solutions from concept to implementation together with customers
- Coordination of development tasks in international projects
- Specification of existing user requirements and translate them into efficient new and existing applications

- Be a reliable contact person for all questions regarding the developed solutions
Profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, natural science or a comparable science. Alternatively, you have a technical education with corresponding additional qualifications
- Very good programming skills (Microsoft .NET, C#) as well as sound experience with databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL)
- Results-oriented, systematic way of working with a strong customer and service orientation as well as the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new topics
